Construction site manager

Responsibilities:

- managing construction processes,
- supervising work in its organizational, administrative and technical aspects,
- completing work in accordance with the agreed schedule,
- maintaining work documentation, - supervising quality and on-time completion of work,
- cooperating with company management in supervising the construction site,
- supervising own workers as well as subcontractors.

Requirements:

- experience in working with own team of workers,
- experience in reinforced concrete work shall be an additional asset,
- completed engineer or Master’s degree studies in Construction,
- interest in the areas related to investments,
- availability,
- ability to work under time pressure and to solve problems quickly,
- practical knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD,
- independence and involvement,
- passion and true interest in the sector,
- driving license,
- construction qualifications, executive structure and construction qualifications – necessary condition.

Work location:

Construction site engineer

Responsibilities:

- cooperation with construction site manager or company management over construction site supervision,
- construction costs segregation,
- preparation of construction site documentation,
- preparation of measurements,
- supervision of own workers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

- minimum one year experience in working on a similar position - necessary requirement,
- completed engineer or Master’s degree studies in Construction,
- interest in the area related to the investment,
- availability,
- fluency in using MS Office and AutoCAD,
- communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- passion and true interest in the sector,
- driving license,
- knowledge of Russian will be seen as an asset.
